Hector began his career in notarial law, as well advising on civil, commercial and family matters at the Pro-bono Law Firm of the Universidad Panamericana. After, he started advising companies in the automotive, banking, pawn shops, financial services and multinational super market chains, among others in labor matters.

ASUNTOS REPRESENTATIVOS
- Como asuntos representativos ha participado en un tema de una supuesta discriminación defendiendo a una importante página de anuncios de trabajo. Dicho asunto fue llevado ante la Suprema corte de Justicia de la Nación dónde se obtuvo una sentencia favorable a los intereses de la representada.
- De igual forma, participó activamente en el concurso mercantil de la extinta Mexicana de Aviación, representando a uno de sus acreedores.
- Asimismo, participó en el concurso mercantil de la empresa Casas Geo representando a uno de sus principales acreedores.
