Verónica has focused her professional practice in the areas of corporate and commercial law having experience with national and mostly Asian companies including the drafting of all range of contracts and agreements and the involvement on multiple corporate transactions.
She is efficient on matters concerning incorporation of companies and managing with in house counsels of our clients.
