EQUIPO
Ariana is a graduate of the Law School of the Universidad Nacional Autónoma de México. She obtained Honorable Mention for her thesis: “Procedencia a la Renuncia Tácita del Acuerdo de Arbitraje Comercial sustentada en la libertad contractual, autonomía de la voluntad y el derecho de acceso a la justicia estatal” (2022).
AREA OF EXPERTISE
Her area of specialization is focused on commercial arbitration, monitoring of civil and commercial proceedings in federal and local jurisdiction. Contestation and enforcement proceedings, as well as amparo suits and corresponding appeals in the trial of guarantees.
