Aldo Rubio, has more than five years of experience helping clients achieve their legal objectives effectively by implementing sound strategies and demonstrating great skill in formulating competent arguments to be presented in court as well as in out-of-court negotiations.
AREA OF EXPERTISE
Aldo’s area of specialization is focused on criminal, civil and commercial litigation. He also actively intervenes in initial, intermediate and oral trial hearings within the new adversarial criminal system either as defense counsel or legal advisor. He is also responsible for matters related to industrial property crime proceedings and forfeiture of ownership proceedings.
