Valeria holds a law degree from the Universidad Autónoma del Estado de México and has extensive experience in labor law. In recent years, she has stood out as a leading litigator of individual conflicts, representing companies from diverse economic sectors, such as commerce, communications, services and logistics. In addition, she has advised numerous companies to avoid possible labor disputes with their employees, thus minimizing important economic costs to their representatives.

- Her professional practice is focused on labor matters, practicing in the bureaucratic sector as Employer Representative of the Special Board Number 3 of the Local Board of Conciliation and Arbitration of the Toluca Valley where she participated in the Plenary sessions for decision making and resolution of labor disputes.
- Subsequently, she ventured into the labor litigation of individual conflicts representing companies from different sectors such as: real estate companies, private security companies, federal transportation companies, technology companies, department store chains, cosmetics companies, schools, construction companies, among others.
