André is originally from Germany. Before starting his professional career in Mexico, he worked for several years in Germany for one of the largest German law firms. He has handled transactions for national and international clients in the automotive, machinery, and logistics industries, among others, with special emphasis on clients of German origin. He is also a member of the German Desk of the firm.

André has specialized in corporate law, M&A, joint ventures and corporate governance advice, as well as corporate financing. He has also counseled national and international clients on contractual matters and commercial transactions.
