TEAM
Diego Canals has a Law degree from the Universidad Panamericana, Campus Mexico City. He has been part of several multidisciplinary law firms that have allowed him to gain experience and advise individuals and companies on, among others: corporate, contractual, and transactional, immigration, and intellectual property matters.
SPECIALIZATION AREA
Diego advises and represents domestic and foreign clients in drafting of agreements, employment and corporate law, mergers and acquisitions (M&A), joint ventures, and foreign investment as well as in corporate governance structures. He has been recognized as a well and balanced negotiator in sensitive and complex transactions.
