SPECIALIZATION AREAS
Luis works mainly in the commercial, corporate regulation and foreign investment areas and has extensive experience in advising on corporate transactions, especially in the field of joint ventures, corporate restructurings and transactional businesses. He has recently assisted in the purchase and sale of hotel projects, automotive, heavy machinery, and shipping companies.
