He focuses his practice in providing legal and advisory solutions to multinational companies mainly in the corporate and regulatory fields. Alejandro main practice is on Corporate Law, Financial Law, M&A transactions, Contracts, Privacy and Data Protection, Money Laundering Prevention and Immigration Law, serving all types of commercial, industrial (mainly in the automotive and logistics industries) and service clients. Likewise, during his professional career he participated in the formation and incorporation of MEXDER, as well as of several financial entities and SOFOMES, and forms part of the Board of Directors of financial, commercial, industrial and service companies.
